Det \u00e4r i s\u00e5 fall v\u00e4ldigt or\u00e4ttvist d\u00e5 mamma bidragit minst lika mycket till mitt mat- och bakintresse som pappa. Men nu \u00e4r det dags f\u00f6r mammas revansch! P\u00e5 den gamla goda tiden, d\u00e5 de flesta citrusfrukter bara s\u00e5ldes under vinterhalv\u00e5ret, var det just p\u00e5 senh\u00f6sten\/vintern som mamma lagade citrusmarmelad. Nu f\u00f6r tiden kan man f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5 det mesta \u00e5ret runt, men apelsinerna \u00e4r fortfarande godast p\u00e5 vintern, s\u00e5 det finns anledning att h\u00e5lla p\u00e5 traditionerna.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/citrus.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/citrus.jpg\" alt=\"Citrus!\" title=\"Citrus!\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-969\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lotta.agholme.se\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/citrus.jpg 400w, https:\/\/lotta.agholme.se\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/citrus-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><em><center>Fr\u00e5n frukt till marmelad p\u00e5 en timme eller tv\u00e5!<\/center><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nu n\u00e4r vi traskar in i november tyckte jag d\u00e4rf\u00f6r det passade sig att laga citrusmarmelad efter mammas klassiska recept. Som med det mesta min mamma g\u00f6r \u00e4r det ordentligt neddraget p\u00e5 sockret. S\u00e5d\u00e4r s\u00e5 att man ibland tyckte det krullade sig lite v\u00e4l mycket p\u00e5 tungan n\u00e4r man var mindre.  Jag har sj\u00e4lv b\u00f6rjat det syrliga p\u00e5 \u00e4ldre (!) dar, men om du vet av dig att du beh\u00f6ver lite mer s\u00f6tma i tillvaron, s\u00e5 \u00f6ka p\u00e5 sockerm\u00e4ngden lite! Inget konserveringsmedel har jag i heller, s\u00e5 frysen \u00e4r en bra f\u00f6rvaringsplats. <\/p>\n<h2>Citrusmarmelad p\u00e5 mammas vis<\/h2>\n<p><em>(Halv sats)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>2 apelsiner<br \/>\n1 grapefrukt<br \/>\n1\/2 citron<br \/>\n250-300 g socker<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nAnv\u00e4nd helst ekologisk frukt. Skrubba den annars mycket noga, f\u00f6r h\u00e4r ska hela frukten med i marmeladen! Sk\u00e4r bort topparna p\u00e5 frukten och sk\u00e4r den sedan fint. Hur du g\u00f6r spelar inte s\u00e5 stor roll, men se till att skalbitarna blir ganska sm\u00e5, resten faller is\u00e4r i alla fall. Tag bort k\u00e4rnor och ansa lite av det vita innanf\u00f6r skalet om det \u00e4r mycket, det blir l\u00e4tt lite v\u00e4l beskt annars. <\/p>\n<p>Koka upp allt i en kastrull och l\u00e5t puttra under lock i ca 30 minuter, tills skalbitarna \u00e4r mjuka. R\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Tills\u00e4tt sedan sockret och koka ytterligare 20-30 minuter. G\u00f6r marmeladprovet f\u00f6r att se att den \u00e4r tjock nog. L\u00e5t svalna och dela sedan upp i lagom stora portioner.
