En k\u00e4r v\u00e4n tyckte absolut att jag skulle l\u00e4gga upp receptet p\u00e5 bloggen, f\u00f6r mer inspiration n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller veggo-mat skadar ju aldrig. Jag har cr\u00e9me fraiche i, men om man vill ha den helt vegan struntar man bara i det, eller tar n\u00e5gon soja-produkt ist\u00e4llet. <\/p>\n<p>Det kan ju tyckas lite alldagligt f\u00f6r en fredagsmiddag (om man \u00e4r p\u00e5 det viset), men med tanke p\u00e5 saffranspriset  just nu s\u00e5 skulle den kanske uppgraderas till riktig festmiddag? Gott som tusan \u00e4r det i alla fall!<\/p>\n<h2>Veggogryta med mangochutney och saffran<\/h2>\n<p><em>4 portioner<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>ingredienser:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1 gul l\u00f6k<br \/>\n3-4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<br \/>\n1 gul och 1 r\u00f6d paprika<br \/>\n1 liten squash<br \/>\n1 knippe broccoli<br \/>\n1 tsk ingef\u00e4ra<br \/>\n1 paket saffran<br \/>\n1 burk kik\u00e4rter (eller hemkokta)<br \/>\n1 dl het mango chutney<br \/>\n1 dl cr\u00e9me fraiche<br \/>\n1 burk ananasringar<\/p>\n<p><em><Strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em> Strimla l\u00f6ken och finhacka vitl\u00f6ken. Sk\u00e4r alla gr\u00f6nsaker i lagom stora bitar. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken i lite olja n\u00e5gra minuter, tillsammans med ingef\u00e4ra och saffran. Tills\u00e4tt resterande gr\u00f6nsaker och l\u00e5t dessa fr\u00e4sa med n\u00e5gra minuter till. Tills\u00e4tt mango chutney, cr\u00e9me fraiche och l\u00e5t koka ihop n\u00e5gra minuter tills gr\u00f6nsakerna b\u00f6jar bli mjuka. Salta och peppra. Tills\u00e4tt kik\u00e4rterna och l\u00e5t dem bli varma. Dela ananasringarna i bitar och tills\u00e4tt mot slutet.
