Vilken h\u00e4rlig start p\u00e5 dagen! Innan jag var tvungen att smita iv\u00e4g till jobbet en sv\u00e4ng hann jag kn\u00e5da ihop dagens br\u00f6d och s\u00e4tta det p\u00e5 j\u00e4sning. Gotlandslimpa a la <a href=\"http:\/\/paindemartin.blogspot.com\">Martin<\/a> var tanken, ett av br\u00f6den i hans nya bok. Som vanligt blev det inte riktigt som receptet angav; r\u00e5gsikt blev r\u00e5g- och vetemj\u00f6l, muscovadosocker blev m\u00f6rk sirap, f\u00e4nk\u00e5l blev kummin och jag syndade till och med och tog malen pommerans. Men hellre ett annorlunda br\u00f6d \u00e4n inget alls tycker jag.
