Sedan tills\u00e4tter man frukt och annat gott p\u00e5 morgonen. Smidigt, gott och m\u00e4ttande. Lite som en nyttigare variant av risifrutti. D\u00e4rmed sagt att detta inte var min id\u00e9 fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan. Men n\u00e4r jag gick igenom google-s\u00f6kningarna som lett till min blogg (det \u00e4r n\u00e4stan det roligaste med statistiken) s\u00e5 kunde jag bara inte l\u00e5ta bli att ber\u00e4tta om morgonens frukost. Det blev en variant p\u00e5 kokt hel dinkel med yoghurt och vanilj. Toppningen blev persika och solrosfr\u00f6n. Kanske s\u00e4songens sista (persika allts\u00e5). <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/frukost.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/frukost.jpg\" alt=\"frukost\" title=\"frukost\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-824\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r (Blir 2-3 portioner):<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nBl\u00f6tl\u00f6gg 80g (ca 1 dl) hela dinkelkorn i dubbelt s\u00e5 mycket vatten, l\u00e5t st\u00e5 ca 8 timmar. Lagom n\u00e4r du g\u00e5r till jobbet\/skolan. Koka dinkeln i bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggningsvattnet 1-1,5 timme. Salta lite mot slutet. L\u00e5t svalna och blanda sedan med 4 dl naturell yoghurt (eller t.ex. med vaniljsmak om du vill ha det lite s\u00f6tare). Jag smaksatte \u00e4ven med lite av mitt fantastiska vaniljpulver. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 och dra \u00f6ver natten. P\u00e5 morgonen tills\u00e4tter du f\u00e4rsk\/fryst\/torkad frukt\/b\u00e4r, n\u00f6tter o kanske lite kanel. Mums filibabba!<\/p>\n<p>Och du som s\u00f6kte p\u00e5: Dinkel bl\u00f6t frukost. Hoppas du numera hittar det du s\u00f6kte.
