En grunddeg och tv\u00e5 smakvarianter tillverkades s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Grunddeg:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n0,5 dl sesamfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n0,5 dl linfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n0,5 dl pumpak\u00e4rnor, grovhackade<br \/>\n180 g r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l, plus lite till utbaket<br \/>\n110 g dinkelsikt<br \/>\n60 g skr\u00e4dmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 msk m\u00f6rk sirap<br \/>\n2,5 dl vatten<br \/>\nsalt<\/p>\n<p><em>Smaks\u00e4ttningar:<\/em><br \/>\nHackad rosmarin och havssalt<br \/>\nSesamfr\u00f6n och bl\u00e5 vallmofr\u00f6n<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Blanda alla ingredienser och kn\u00e5da till en smidig deg, tills\u00e4tt lite mer mj\u00f6l om det \u00e4r kladdigt<br \/>\n&#8211; Dela degen i tv\u00e5 delar<br \/>\n&#8211; Kavla ut den ena delen tunt, spraya p\u00e5 lite vatten, str\u00f6 p\u00e5 den ena smaks\u00e4ttningen och kavla l\u00e4tt s\u00e5 det fastnar<br \/>\n&#8211; Tryck ut valfria former (jag anv\u00e4nde pepparkaksformen) och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t.
