Ett d\u00e4r man kanske kan byta ut en del av vetemj\u00f6let mot n\u00e5got lite n\u00e4ringsrikare utan att allt pajar. Det sista har jag \u00e4nnu inte testat, men annars s\u00e5 tror jag de h\u00e4r v\u00e5fflorna \u00e4r s\u00e5 pass bra att jag kan sluta leta. Receptet fick jag av en v\u00e4n (och hittas <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seriouseats.com\/recipes\/2009\/02\/sunday-brunch-the-greatest-waffle-recipe-ever.html\">h\u00e4r<\/a> om man inte litar p\u00e5 min \u00f6vers\u00e4ttning) f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge sedan, men var dum nog att inte testa just d\u00e5. Desto gladare blev sambon och jag idag n\u00e4r vi testade v\u00e5fflorna med nyplockade jordgubbar (fr\u00e5n <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tift.se\">Tift S\u00f6derg\u00e5rds<\/a> sj\u00e4lvplock) och s\u00f6tad turkisk yoghurt. Som vanligt n\u00e4r vi lagar n\u00e5got s\u00e5h\u00e4r gott har jag sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 maten att fastna p\u00e5 bild, men ni vet v\u00e4l hur riktigt h\u00e4rliga v\u00e5fflor ser ut?<\/p>\n<h3>Frasiga v\u00e5fflor<\/h3>\n<p> ca 6 st<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n120 g vetemj\u00f6l (ca 2 dl)<br \/>\n0.5 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n1 krm salt<br \/>\n1 \u00e4ggula<br \/>\n2 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n0.5 dl rapsolja<br \/>\n1 \u00e4ggvita<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nR\u00f6r ihop torrvarorna. Dela p\u00e5 \u00e4gget och blanda \u00e4ggulan med mj\u00f6lk och rapsolja. R\u00f6r ner \u00e4ggblandningen i mj\u00f6let, det g\u00f6r inget alls om det \u00e4r klumpigt. Vispa \u00e4ggvitan till ett fast skum. V\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt ner \u00e4ggvitan i v\u00e5ffelsmeten, men l\u00e5t n\u00e5gra \u00e4ggvitetoppar vara kvar.
