Precis som f\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen \u00e4r de inspirerade av kn\u00e4ckekexen i Salt\u00e5kvarns bok &#8220;Maten Br\u00f6det Kakorna&#8221;, men ganska modifierade.<\/p>\n<h3>Kn\u00e4ckekex med tre smaker<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Ingredienser:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n5 dl vatten<br \/>\n1 dl linfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n1 dl solrosfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n2 msk m\u00f6rk sirap<br \/>\n1 msk salt<br \/>\n9 dl blandade mj\u00f6ler (jag hade lite r\u00e5gmj\u00f6l, ca 2 dl skr\u00e4dmj\u00f6l o resten grahamsmj\u00f6l, men ta vad du har o k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r, det \u00e4r ju sk\u00e5prensning p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng!)<\/p>\n<p>Sesamfr\u00f6n<br \/>\nVallmofr\u00f6n<br \/>\nFlingsalt<br \/>\nValfria torkade \u00f6rter<br \/>\nKanel etc<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nBlanda alla ingredienser och kn\u00e5da till en smidig deg. Dela degen i 3-5 bitar (beroende p\u00e5 hur stor din ugn \u00e4r, min \u00e4r liten!) och kavla ut varje del s\u00e5 tunt du kan, till en fyrkant. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver degen p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med baklp\u00e5tspapper. Ett tips \u00e4r att rulla upp degen p\u00e5 kaveln s\u00e5 g\u00e5r den inte s\u00f6nder. Fukta ev ytan n\u00e5got och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver valfri topping, anv\u00e4nd din fantasi eller exemplen ovan. Kavla fast toppingen lite l\u00e4tt och sporra sedan ut rutor, stavar, trekanter eller annan rolig form. Gr\u00e4dda i 200 grader, ca 15 minuter och l\u00e5t sedan svalna p\u00e5 galler.
