Men idag blev jag fruktansv\u00e4rt sugen p\u00e5 v\u00e5fflor och ins\u00e5g att det \u00e4r mindre \u00e4n en vecka till v\u00e5ffeldagen. D\u00e5 jag dessutom \u00e4r utomlands och inte alls f\u00e5 chansen att \u00e4ta v\u00e5fflor. So, here we go!<\/p>\n<p>Jag vill g\u00e4rna ha riktigt frasiga v\u00e5fflor. Jag har f\u00e5tt tipset om <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seriouseats.com\/recipes\/2009\/02\/sunday-brunch-the-greatest-waffle-recipe-ever.html\">detta<\/a> recept, men d\u00e5 det ska st\u00e5 \u00f6ver dagen\/natten s\u00e5 f\u00e5r det bli en annan g\u00e5ng. \u00c5terkommer n\u00e4r jag har testat. En massa vispgr\u00e4dde funkar ju alltid, men det k\u00e4ndes inte helt r\u00e4tt s\u00e5h\u00e4r en torsdagskv\u00e4ll. Hittade n\u00e5gra recept med \u00e4gg och bakpulver som sade sig vara frasiga. Sen vill jag vara lite nyttig ocks\u00e5, s\u00e5 d\u00e4rf\u00f6r sl\u00e4nger jag i lite dinkel-fullkornsmj\u00f6l. En salig r\u00f6ra av recept helt enkelt. Som vanligt.<\/p>\n<h2>Dinkelv\u00e5fflor<\/h2>\n<p><em>R\u00e4cker till 4 v\u00e5fflor<\/em><br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1.25 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n0.5 dl dinkelfullkornsmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n0.5 dl vetemj\u00f6l (eller 1 dl dinkelsikt)<br \/>\n1 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n1 msk sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r<br \/>\nen gnutta salt<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nDela \u00e4ggula och \u00e4ggvita. Vispa gulan med mj\u00f6lken. Blanda mj\u00f6l, bakpulver och salt, vispa ner i mj\u00f6lken. Tills\u00e4tt sm\u00f6ret. Vispa \u00e4ggvitan till ett h\u00e5rt skum. V\u00e4nd ner i smeten. Gr\u00e4dda! Idag fick retro-v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rnet komma fram!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/03\/vafflor.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/03\/vafflor.jpg\" alt=\"vafflor\" title=\"vafflor\" width=\"298\" height=\"224\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-432\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Lite sj\u00e4lvplockade bl\u00e5b\u00e4r fick bli en snabb sylt och ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r gr\u00e4dde blev det snabbt avrunnen yoghurt med vaniljpulver och lite honung.<\/p>\n<p>Hur blev de d\u00e5? Nja, direkt fr\u00e5n j\u00e4rnet var de ganska frasiga, men de h\u00f6ll sig inte toppenbra. D\u00e4remot var de fasta, smakade mumsigt och m\u00e4ttade gott. Bra vardagsv\u00e5fflor helt enkelt.
