Och helt klart favoritp\u00e5l\u00e4gg. Jag vill ha min pizzabotten med krispiga kanter och ordentligt gr\u00e4ddad hela v\u00e4gen. Jag har kommit fram till tv\u00e5 knep som fixar detta. Durumvetemj\u00f6l (ja, s\u00e5n man g\u00f6r pasta med) och varm pl\u00e5t. S\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00f6r jag min pizzadeg:<\/p>\n<p>10 g j\u00e4st<br \/>\n200 g (2dl) vatten<br \/>\n25 g (ca 2 msk) olja<br \/>\n65 g (ca 1 dl) durumvetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n240 g (ca 4 dl) vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n5 g salt<\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6s j\u00e4sten i vatten. Blanda i olja och mj\u00f6lerna, kn\u00e5da ordentligt. Ha i saltet och kn\u00e5da lite till. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa ca 1 timme. Om du har br\u00e5ttom kan du ta lite mer j\u00e4st och korta ner j\u00e4stiden. Blir det pizza p\u00e5 en vardag brukar jag g\u00f6ra degen p\u00e5 morgonen och l\u00e5ta den j\u00e4sa i kylen \u00f6ver dagen. D\u00e5 \u00e4r pizzadegen klar n\u00e4r man kommer hem p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen!<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 ugnen (t.ex. 225 grader) och s\u00e4tt in en pl\u00e5t. Dela degen i tv\u00e5, kn\u00e5da lite f\u00f6rsiktigt och kavla ut tv\u00e5 pizzor. L\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper och ha p\u00e5 alla dina favvo-ingredienser. F\u00f6r sedan \u00f6ver pizzorna (en i taget exempelvis) p\u00e5 den varma pl\u00e5ten (l\u00e4ttast \u00e4r om du har pizzan p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och bara hasar \u00f6ver hela bakpl\u00e5tspappret) och gr\u00e4dda ca 15 minuter. <\/p>\n<p>Idag blev det en pizza med lufttorkad skinka, oliver och mozarella, den andra fick r\u00f6kta musslor, gr\u00f6n sparris och grev\u00e9 ost. Tyv\u00e4rr la min dator av precis, s\u00e5 bilder f\u00e5r komma en annan dag!
