Jag gillar dessutom att inta frukosten i s\u00e4ngen, men en jet-laggad sambo skulle nog inte uppskatta fotograferande i sovrummet denna morgon. Det fick bli k\u00f6ksbordet badande i v\u00e5rsol ist\u00e4llet. Vill man ha en rinnigare smoothie kan man ju ta mj\u00f6lk ist\u00e4llet. Idag blev det kungsb\u00e4r; jordgubbar, hallon, bl\u00e5b\u00e4r. Lyxigt \u00e4ven med mina m\u00e5tt m\u00e4tt. <\/p>\n<p>Idag testade jag ett nytt scones-recept. Det kommer fr\u00e5n caf\u00e9t p\u00e5 jobbet som g\u00f6r de godaste sconsen. Jag gjorde en femtedel av orginalreceptet och det blev 6 scones av lagom storlek. P\u00e5 caf\u00e9t \u00e4r de minst dubbelt s\u00e5 stora. N\u00e4stan tillr\u00e4ckligt f\u00f6r en lunch, eller s\u00e5 f\u00e5r man dela med en v\u00e4n. F\u00f6rdelen med dessa \u00e4r att de h\u00e5ller sig goda lite l\u00e4ngre \u00e4n direkt fr\u00e5n ugnen. Vill man ha dem varma igen s\u00e5 stoppar man dem i micron en snabbis.<\/p>\n<h2>Scones<\/h2>\n<p>240 g vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n85 g grahamsmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 msk (ja!) bakpulver<br \/>\n2 krm salt<br \/>\n2 msk linfr\u00f6n eller andra valfria fr\u00f6n<br \/>\n60 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n2.25 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/em><br \/>\nBlanda alla torra ingredienserna, tills\u00e4tt sm\u00f6ret och finf\u00f6rdela i mj\u00f6lblandningen. Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lken och r\u00f6r ihop allt till en kladdig deg. Klicka ut i en muffinsform (detta recept r\u00e4ckte till en halv pl\u00e5t med 12 h\u00e5l) och gr\u00e4dda ca 20-25 minuter i 175 grader.
