Kan ju passa bra n\u00e4r jag ska tr\u00e4na i eftermiddag (fast det \u00e4r v\u00e4l efter\u00e5t proteinerna \u00e4r som viktigast egentligen?). Keso och frukt \u00e4r hur som helst en god och m\u00e4ttande frukost. Jag tycker keson \u00e4r lite torr, s\u00e5 jag gillar lite &#8220;bl\u00f6tare&#8221; frukt, h\u00e4r apelsin och skivade jordgubbar (kvar fr\u00e5n sommarens sj\u00e4lvplock). \u00c4pple o och kanel, eller annat man gillar funkar annars lika bra. Jag brukar ta n\u00e5gra favoritn\u00f6tter (h\u00e4r \u00e4r det s\u00f6tmandel, valn\u00f6tter och paran\u00f6tter) och hacka, blanda det med solrosfr\u00f6n och pumpak\u00e4rnor i en torr stekpanna och rosta tills allt f\u00e5r lite f\u00e4rg. Pumpak\u00e4rnorna brukar d\u00e5 b\u00f6rja &#8220;poppa&#8221;!
