Mannagrynsgr\u00f6t. N\u00e5got jag l\u00e4nge inte gillade, sedan b\u00f6rjade tycka om, och sedan helt gl\u00f6mde bort. Kanske f\u00f6r att den \u00e4r lite kr\u00e4vande. Nu \u00e4r den tillbaka! Lite tidskr\u00e4vande \u00e4r det ju ocks\u00e5, men mycket gott i alla fall. Nu kan jag m\u00e4tt och bel\u00e5ten trotsa sn\u00f6modden p\u00e5 v\u00e4g till jobbet. Ha en riktigt bra dag idag!<\/p>\n<h2>Mannagrynsgr\u00f6t<\/h2>\n<p>2-2.5 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n2 msk mannagryn<br \/>\nen nypa salt<br \/>\n1-2 msk valfria b\u00e4r (frysta funkar bra)<\/p>\n<p>Koka upp mj\u00f6lken med saltet och r\u00f6r ner mannagrynen. Koka i ca 4minuter och r\u00f6r under tiden (annars br\u00e4nner det obevekligen fast!). R\u00f6r ner b\u00e4ren mot slutet s\u00e5 de tinar\/blir varma. Servera med mj\u00f6lk. F\u00f6r att slippa on\u00f6digt gnissel n\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags att diska s\u00e5 rekommenderas det att anv\u00e4nda en kastrull med teflonbel\u00e4ggning. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Onsdagsfrukost.
