I en ambition att vara lite klimatsmart och samtidigt sn\u00e4ll(are) mot pl\u00e5nboken s\u00e5 har jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt att byta ut dessa gr\u00f6nsaker mot mer rotfrukter och frysta gr\u00f6nsaker nu i vinter. Det g\u00e5r s\u00e5d\u00e4r, men lite mer kokt broccoli, blomk\u00e5l och b\u00f6nor har det nog blivit. Lite mer rotfrukter ocks\u00e5, men d\u00e5 i ugnsrostad form. Jag tar d\u00e4rf\u00f6r v\u00e4ldigt g\u00e4rna emot tips p\u00e5 &#8220;vintriga&#8221; sallader s\u00e5 jag kan ut\u00f6ka min repertoar.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har dock en &#8220;vinter&#8221; sallad som jag mer \u00e4n g\u00e4rna g\u00f6r, veckosalladen. Mitt recept kommer ursprungligen fr\u00e5n ICAs Buff\u00e9, men kan varieras i o\u00e4ndlighet. Det \u00e4r lite meck att riva allt n\u00e4r man inte har en matberedare, men \u00e5 andra sidan kan man g\u00f6ra en stor sats p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng. Den st\u00e5r sig minst en vecka i kylen, upp till tre s\u00e4ger en del, men s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge r\u00e4cker den aldrig h\u00e4r hemma. <\/p>\n<h3>Veckosallad:<\/h3>\n<p>Riv och strimla ca 1.5 kg valfria gr\u00f6nsaker och rotfrukter, t.ex.<br \/>\n &#8211; Vitk\u00e5l<br \/>\n &#8211; Morot<br \/>\n &#8211; K\u00e5lrot<br \/>\n &#8211; R\u00e4disor<br \/>\n &#8211; Purjol\u00f6k eller annan mild l\u00f6k<br \/>\n &#8211; Paprika<\/p>\n<p>Koka upp en dressing best\u00e5ende av:<br \/>\n0.5  dl socker<br \/>\n0.75 dl vin\u00e4ger<br \/>\n1 dl rapsolja<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t svalna och h\u00e4ll sedan \u00f6ver salladen.
