Tre turer med b\u00e5ten blev det, med tv\u00e5 olika g\u00e4ng (o en liten sv\u00e4ng sj\u00e4lva ocks\u00e5). Alla lika trevliga, alla speciella p\u00e5 olika vis. Eftersom det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en matblogg framf\u00f6r allt s\u00e5 m\u00e5ste jag ju speciellt framh\u00e4va den sista turen. Vi hade kanske det s\u00e4msta v\u00e4dret (\u00e4ven om spinackerseglingen genom stend\u00f6rren kommer bli legendarisk och \u00e5skov\u00e4dren var riktigt h\u00e4ftiga), men helt klart den godaste maten. N\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r middag skivas korven och delas i halvm\u00e5nar. Hacka l\u00f6ken och f\u00f6rv\u00e4ll kantarellerna om de \u00e4r f\u00e4rska. Svetta korven s\u00e5 den b\u00f6rjar sl\u00e4ppa ifr\u00e5n sig delar av fettet. Tills\u00e4tt l\u00f6k och kantareller och l\u00e5t stekas i korvfettet. Tills\u00e4tt vatten och l\u00e5t puttra p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 det blir riktigt klibbigt, t\u00e4nk risotto.
