Trots att grilloset legat tungt \u00f6ver stan ett tag nu s\u00e5 k\u00e4nner jag p\u00e5 mig att det \u00e4r m\u00e5nga som \u00e4r sugna p\u00e5 att grilla lite till. V\u00e5ren \u00e4r ju s\u00e5 underbar!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/kycklingburgare.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/kycklingburgare.jpg\" alt=\"Kycklingburgare\" title=\"Kycklingburgare\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2203\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jag t\u00e4nkte passa p\u00e5 att inspirera lite med dessa kycklingburgare. Inte s\u00e5 avancerat egentligen, men superdupergott! Det beh\u00f6vs ju inte s\u00e5 mycket till recept, men scrolla ner s\u00e5 kommer det ett f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 &#8220;\u00f6ver dagen j\u00e4sta&#8221; ciabatta-liknande hamburgerbr\u00f6d. <\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt best\u00e5r burgaren av bankad br\u00f6stfil\u00e9 fr\u00e5n en h\u00e4rlig Bosarpskyckling (delad p\u00e5 tre f\u00f6r sjutton!). Blandad bladsallad. Knaperstekt lufttorkad skinka. Tomater. R\u00f6dl\u00f6k. Cr\u00e9me fraiche och \u00e4pplechutney fr\u00e5n Peders Aplag\u00e5rd. Serverat p\u00e5 balkongen med en kall \u00f6l en fredagskv\u00e4ll? Inte fel alls!<\/p>\n<h2>L\u00e5ngj\u00e4st Ciabatta-variant<\/h2>\n<p>3-5 g j\u00e4st<br \/>\n300 g kallt vatten<br \/>\n270 g vetemj\u00f6l special<br \/>\n90 g durumvetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 msk olivolja<br \/>\n7 g salt<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em> L\u00f6s upp j\u00e4sten i vattnet i en bunke. Blanda ner resten av ingredienserna och r\u00f6r om s\u00e5 att allt blandas v\u00e4l. Det \u00e4r en kladdig deg! L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lock eller t\u00e4ck med plastfolie och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa under dagen (sis\u00e5d\u00e4r 8-10 timmar). S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 275 grader med en pl\u00e5t inne. H\u00e4ll ut degen p\u00e5 en v\u00e4l mj\u00f6lad b\u00e4nk. Platta ut och dela i sex rektangul\u00e4ra delar. L\u00e4gg br\u00f6den p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t eller bricka. T\u00e4ck med handduk och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa ca 20-30 min. F\u00f6r \u00f6ver br\u00f6den (och pappret) till den varma pl\u00e5ten och gr\u00e4dda 10-15 minuter.
