Men tryfflar \u00e4r ju lika mumsigt att \u00e4ta till champagnen p\u00e5 ny\u00e5r. Ja, de \u00e4r enkla men beskrivningar kommer h\u00e4r nedanf\u00f6r!<\/p>\n<h2>Tryfflar med apelsin och havssalt<\/h2>\n<p>150 g m\u00f6rk choklad<br \/>\n1.5 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<br \/>\nSkalet av en halv apelsin, 1 msk saft<br \/>\n1 tsk havssalt<br \/>\nkokos att rulla i<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em> Hacka chokladen grovt. Koka upp gr\u00e4dden och tills\u00e4tt apelsinskal och -saft. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver chokladen och r\u00f6r tills det blir en j\u00e4mn smet. Tills\u00e4tt havssaltet n\u00e4r smeten svalnat n\u00e5got. St\u00e4ll sedan kallt och l\u00e5t stelna. Rulla kulor och rulla sedan i kokos som rostats f\u00f6rsiktigt i torr stekpanna. F\u00f6rvara svalt.<\/p>\n<h2>Chokladt\u00e4ckta gl\u00f6ggrussin med mandelmassa<\/h2>\n<p>50 g gl\u00f6ggindr\u00e4nkta russin (har du inga kvar fr\u00e5n hemlagad gl\u00f6gg g\u00e5r det s\u00e4kert bra att l\u00e4gga dem i bl\u00f6t i lite kvarl\u00e4mnad k\u00f6pegl\u00f6gg)<br \/>\n100 g mandelmassa<br \/>\nca 100 g m\u00f6rk choklad<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em> Riv mandelmassan grovt och kn\u00e5da sedan ihop med russinen. Rulla sedan till bollar och l\u00e5t stelna i frysen. Sm\u00e4lt chokladen i vattenbad eller i micron och doppa sedan kulorna. L\u00e5t stelna p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper. <\/p>\n<h2>Torkad frukt och n\u00f6tter doppad i m\u00f6rk choklad<\/h2>\n<p>100 g torkad frukt (russin\/aprikoser\/fikon)<br \/>\n100 g n\u00f6tter\/mandel<br \/>\nev lite \u00e4ppeljuice<br \/>\nca 100 g m\u00f6rk choklad<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em> Hacka frukten och n\u00f6tterna fint. Blanda och kn\u00e5da ihop till sm\u00e5 bollar. Om det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 dem att h\u00e5lla ihop kan man tills\u00e4tta lite \u00e4ppeljuice. Doppa sedan i sm\u00e4lt m\u00f6rk choklad.
