Jag lurade p\u00e5 en julig variant p\u00e5 cheesecake (tips mottages tacksamt) men tiden rann iv\u00e4g och jag best\u00e4mde mig f\u00f6r att bjuda p\u00e5 mina redan f\u00e4rdigbakade <a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/?p=2022\">saffransgifflar<\/a>. Men, det k\u00e4ndes lite futtigt och jag drog till med ett biscottibak en torsdagskv\u00e4ll efter stallet. Nog f\u00f6r att biscotti \u00e4r relativt snabbakat, men klockan hann \u00e4nd\u00e5 bli halv tolv innan det var dags f\u00f6r dem att torka p\u00e5 efterv\u00e4rmen i ugnen.<\/p>\n<p>Jag var inte riktigt n\u00f6jd med citrussmaken <a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/?p=1166\">f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret<\/a>, s\u00e5 i \u00e5r drog jag till med rivet apelsinskal och cointreau. Det blev riktigt bra kan jag lova! Kanske lite h\u00e5rda, men passar d\u00e5 perfekt att doppa i gl\u00f6gg, varm choklad, kaffe eller varf\u00f6r inte grappa?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/saffransbiscotti2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2033\" title=\"Saffransbiscotti 2010\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/saffransbiscotti2.jpg\" alt=\"Saffransbiscotti 2010\" width=\"438\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Saffransbiscotti 2010<\/h2>\n<p><em> 30-40 stycken <\/em><\/p>\n<p>100 g s\u00f6tmandel<br \/>\n1 paket (0,5 g) saffran<br \/>\n1-1.5 msk cointreau (apelsinlik\u00f6r)<br \/>\n250 g vetemj\u00f6l (ca 4 dl)<br \/>\n180 g socker (2 dl)<br \/>\n1 knivsudd vaniljpulver<br \/>\n1 apelsin (det rivna skalet, \u00e4t <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">sedan<\/span> upp apelsinen)<br \/>\n1 nypa salt<br \/>\n0.5 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<br \/>\nH\u00e4ll upp apelsinlik\u00f6ren i en liten sk\u00e5l och h\u00e4ll i saffran. L\u00e5t dra ett tag. Sk\u00e5lla och hacka mandeln grovt. Blanda de torra ingredienserna, mandeln och apelsinskalet i en bunke. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4gg och saffran\/cointreau blandningen och kn\u00e5da till en deg. Rulla ut degen till tv\u00e5 avl\u00e5nga rullar. Gr\u00e4dda ca 20-25 minuter i 175 grader. Tag ut l\u00e4ngderna och sk\u00e4r i sneda remsor.
