Har hon slutat baka, kanske n\u00e5gra av er undrar. Nejd\u00e5, h\u00e4r bakas fortfarande v\u00e5rt dagliga br\u00f6d. Jag har dock (f\u00f6r en g\u00e5ng skull) g\u00e5tt tillbaka till mina gamla recept och inte gjort n\u00e5got som k\u00e4nts nytt nog att dela med mig av. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/fikonhasselnotbrod.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/fikonhasselnotbrod.jpg\" alt=\"Fikon o hasseln\u00f6tsbr\u00f6d\" title=\"Fikon o hasseln\u00f6tsbr\u00f6d\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1976\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bland annat bakade jag ett surdegsbr\u00f6d med fikon och hasseln\u00f6tter. I efterhand kom jag p\u00e5 att det var i det n\u00e4rmaste identiskt med <a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/?p=1498\">det h\u00e4r br\u00f6det<\/a>. V\u00e4rt att testa med andra ord, \u00e4ven om man (som jag) \u00e4r lite tveksam till fikon!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/skradmjolsbrod.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/skradmjolsbrod.jpg\" alt=\"Skradmj\u00f6lsbr\u00f6d\" title=\"Skradmj\u00f6lsbr\u00f6d\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1977\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sedan s\u00e5 gav jag mig \u00e4ven p\u00e5 ett recept som jag utlovade skulle bli ett \u00e5terkommande vardagsbr\u00f6d. Inte en enda g\u00e5ng hittills hade jag bakat det. Br\u00f6det i fr\u00e5ga hade ocks\u00e5 en tvivelaktig m\u00e4ngd mj\u00f6l och n\u00e4r jag nu \u00e5terigen testat <a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/?p=1020\">receptet<\/a> s\u00e5 kan jag konstatera att 300g mj\u00f6l var v\u00e4ldigt lite. Jag skulle tro p\u00e5 350-400g mj\u00f6l, om man inte ska f\u00e5 lika kladdig deg som jag fick denna g\u00e5ng. Eller s\u00e5 j\u00e4ser och bakar man br\u00f6det i formar ist\u00e4llet, och f\u00e5r dessa fina limpor! Det beh\u00f6ver inte bli s\u00e5 fel trots allt!<\/p>\n<p>Till sist m\u00e5ste jag passa p\u00e5 att puffa lite extra f\u00f6r <a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/?p=711\">dessa bullar<\/a>!
