Vi hade \u00e4ven ett helt g\u00e4ng tomater av italiensk typ (stora avl\u00e5nga med mycket k\u00f6tt och lite fr\u00f6n) som var tvungna att \u00e4tas upp. F\u00f6r att samtidigt f\u00e5 till n\u00e5gra extra matl\u00e5dor s\u00e5 gjorde jag allts\u00e5 en STOR paj. Det hj\u00e4lpte inte s\u00e5 mycket, d\u00e5 hela pajen f\u00f6rsvann i ett nafs. S\u00e5 god blev den visst! Italieninspirationen \u00e4r fortsatt stark h\u00e4r hemma.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har alltid haft problem med att pajskalets kant sjunker ner, och har testat alla trick. Utom att anv\u00e4nda mig av torkade b\u00f6nor vill s\u00e4ga. Nu gav jag \u00e4ven det en chans, med gott resultat. Jag hade d\u00e4remot lite f\u00f6r mycket b\u00f6nor p\u00e5 pajbotten, s\u00e5 det tog sin tid att f\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda. Inte helt perfekt \u00e4n allts\u00e5. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/italienskpaj.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/italienskpaj.jpg\" alt=\"Italiensk paj\" title=\"Italiensk paj\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1964\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Paj med inspiration fr\u00e5n Italien<\/h2>\n<p>3 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n0.5 dl kruskakli<br \/>\n150 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n1-2 msk vatten<\/p>\n<p>2-3 tomater (tag bort en del av fr\u00f6na om de \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt fuktiga)<br \/>\n1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<br \/>\n1 burk kalamata oliver utan k\u00e4rna<br \/>\n3 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n3 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\nsalt, peppar<br \/>\n75 g lufttorkad skinka<br \/>\nf\u00e4rsk basilika<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em> Kn\u00e5da snabbt ihop pajdegen, tryck ut den i en stor pajform och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 kallt minst 30 minuter. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader, l\u00e4gg ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper i botten p\u00e5 pajen, fyll p\u00e5 med torra b\u00f6nor\/\u00e4rtor. Gr\u00e4dda 10.15 minuter. Skiva tomaterna och l\u00f6ken. Vispa ihop \u00e4gg och mj\u00f6lk, salta och peppra. Varva l\u00f6k, tomater och oliver i pajskalet. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver \u00e4ggstanningen och gr\u00e4dda pajen ca 30 minuter, eller tills \u00e4ggstanningen stelnat.
