Vi fick s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga fina uppl\u00e4ggningsfat i br\u00f6llopspresent och jag har l\u00e4nge tjatat om att \u00e4ta mer <em><strong>mat p\u00e5 fat<\/em><\/strong>. Dela de stora kantarellerna och l\u00e4gg alla i torr panna. L\u00e5t v\u00e4tskan koka bort och tills\u00e4tt sedan en rej\u00e4l klick sm\u00f6r. Fr\u00e4s kantarellerna, salta och peppra och tills\u00e4tt l\u00f6ken mot slutet. H\u00e4ll sedan \u00f6ver gr\u00e4dden och l\u00e5t koka in n\u00e5gon minut. Koka under tiden spaghettin och blanda sedan med kantarellfr\u00e4set. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 fint fat, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver grovhackad persilja och riven parmesan.
