Sandy som alltid st\u00e4ller upp med bra tips n\u00e4mnde s\u00e5 klart Gazpacho. Jag visste med mig att det var en sj\u00e4lvklar soppa nu i hettan, men var \u00e4nd\u00e5 tveksam. Jag har testat Gazpacho n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger utan att bli vidare v\u00e4rst \u00f6vertygad. Men nu verkar ju den kalla spanska soppan vara p\u00e5 tapeten lite <a href=\"http:\/\/www.matsaklart.se\/2010\/07\/gazpacho.html\">h\u00e4r<\/a> och <a href=\"http:\/\/njutmaten.blogspot.com\/2010\/07\/konsten-att-fira.html\">var<\/a>. Sj\u00e4lv har vi lagat &#8211; och \u00e4tit &#8211; Gazpacho tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger den senaste veckan, och fler l\u00e4r det bli, f\u00f6r nu \u00e4r jag fast!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/gazpacho.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/gazpacho.jpg\" alt=\"Gazpacho\" title=\"Gazpacho\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1849\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Gazpacho<\/h2>\n<p><em>ca 6 port<\/em><br \/>\n5 dl gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong (ekologisk)<br \/>\n4-5 dl krossade tomater<br \/>\n2 paprikor<br \/>\n2-3 tomater<br \/>\n1 l\u00f6k (gul eller r\u00f6d)<br \/>\n1\/2 gurka<br \/>\n1 dl olivolja<br \/>\nca 2 tsk sambal oelek<br \/>\nchili-flingor<br \/>\nca 2 msk citronjuice<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\npeppar<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<br \/>\nMedelhavsyoghurt <\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nKoka upp vatten med buljongt\u00e4rning. T\u00e4rna alla gr\u00f6nsakerna. Blanda buljong, gr\u00f6nsaker, krossade tomater och olivolja i stor sk\u00e5l\/kastrull. Mixa med stavmixer och tills\u00e4tt lite mer vatten om konsistensen inte passar dig. Smaka av med sambal oelek, chili och citronjuice. Salta och peppra och l\u00e5t sedan st\u00e5 och dra fr\u00e5n en timme till \u00f6ver natten\/dagen beroende vad som passar.
