Mixa ruccola\/bladspenat\/annan sm\u00e5bladig sallad, valfria \u00f6rter (denna g\u00e5ng tre sorters basilika), en vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, ett par matskedar olivolja och lite turkisk yoghurt. Blanda sedan ner mer turkisk yoghurt, till valfri styrka och smaka av med salt och peppar<br \/>\n<strong>Salladen<\/strong> blev genast en ny favorit. Vattenmelon t\u00e4rnas och blandas med t\u00e4rnad fetaost, bladspenat och f\u00e4rsk l\u00f6k.
