Quinoa, valfria gr\u00f6nsaker, kallr\u00f6kt lax och en gr\u00f6nm\u00f6gelr\u00f6ra\/s\u00e5s. Denna g\u00e5ng blev det en s\u00e5s som mer liknade den klassiska Blue cheese-s\u00e5sen. Det \u00e4r n\u00e5got jag kommer upprepa inom en snar framtid, f\u00f6r s\u00e5sen omvandlade en helt ok sallad till en 5-po\u00e4ngare!<\/p>\n<p>Med denna sallad i magen och &#8220;Morden i Midsomer&#8221; p\u00e5 TV s\u00e5 kan man dessutom n\u00e4stan lura sig sj\u00e4lv att det \u00e4r sommar.<\/p>\n<h2>Blue cheese s\u00e5s<\/h2>\n<p>100 g gr\u00f6nm\u00f6gelost (g\u00e4rna en smakrik Roquefort)<br \/>\n1 dl Cr\u00e9me Fraiche<br \/>\n1 dl filmj\u00f6lk<br \/>\nen skv\u00e4tt citronljuice<br \/>\nen lite mindre skv\u00e4tt worchiesters\u00e5s<br \/>\nnymalen svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em> Mixa gr\u00f6nm\u00f6gelosten med Cr\u00e9me fraichen, tills\u00e4tt filmj\u00f6lk tills s\u00e5sen \u00e4r lagom rinnig.
