Visst ser de d\u00e4r champinjonerna i kylen lite ledsna ut? Dela champinjonerna  p\u00e5 fyra. T\u00e4rna \u00e4pple och riv osten grovt. N\u00e4r pastan b\u00f6rjar koka s\u00e5 \u00e4r det dags att \u00e4ven steka champinjonerna. Fr\u00e4s p\u00e5 dem ordentligt i olja och salta o peppra. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan tills pastan \u00e4r klar. N\u00e4r pastan runnit av lite s\u00e5 blandar man helt enkelt ner champinjoner, \u00e4pple och ost. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 tallrik och \u00e4t direkt efter att den blivit piffad med lite nymald svartpeppar*.<\/p>\n<p>*Sambon h\u00e4lsar att det blir \u00c4NNU godare om man \u00e4ven riven parmesan \u00f6ver.
