Mycket bra d\u00e5 den \u00e4r ofta vegetarisk, och om vi har k\u00f6tt i s\u00e5 \u00e4r det inte huvudingrediensen. Vi f\u00e5r se hur vi h\u00e5ller i detta under den varma delen av \u00e5ret (tips p\u00e5 kalla soppor n\u00e5gon?), men \u00e4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge funkar det utm\u00e4rkt. <\/p>\n<p>Vi har allts\u00e5 testat en hel del soppor, men faller g\u00e4rna tillbaka p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra favoriter. Den h\u00e4r tomat- och paprikasoppan \u00e4r en av dem. Ursprungligen kom receptet fr\u00e5n ICAs Buff\u00e9, men har modifierats under tidens g\u00e5ng. Nu \u00e4r den prefekt i all sin enkelhet, med h\u00e4rlig tomatsmak, mustighet fr\u00e5n grillad paprika och lite hetta fr\u00e5n Ajvar Relish. Snabbt som tusan g\u00e5r den att laga ocks\u00e5. Perfekt n\u00e4r man kommer hem sent fr\u00e5n jobbet med kurrande mage. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r paprikorna \u00e4r i s\u00e4song (inte nu allts\u00e5) grillar vi sj\u00e4lv paprikan i ugnen, precis under grillgallret, s\u00e5 att skalen svartnar. Skalet tar vi sedan bort s\u00e5klart! Annars s\u00e5 k\u00f6per vi grillad paprika p\u00e5 burk. I hyllan med utl\u00e4ndsk mat brukar de ha riktigt bra grejer. N\u00e4r du v\u00e4l \u00e4r d\u00e4r tar du en burk stark Ajvar relish ocks\u00e5!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/tomatopaprikasoppa.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/tomatopaprikasoppa.jpg\" alt=\"Tomat- och paprikasoppa\" title=\"Tomat- och paprikasoppa\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1690\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Tomat- och paprikasoppa<\/h2>\n<p><em>4-5 portioner<\/em><br \/>\n1 gul l\u00f6k<br \/>\nrapsolja till stekning<br \/>\n1 burk grillad paprika <em>alt. 4-5 paprikor som grillas i ugnen<\/em><br \/>\n5-7 dl passerade tomater (Muttis passata \u00e4r att f\u00f6redra)<br \/>\nlika mycket vatten<br \/>\n1 dl stark Ajvar relish<br \/>\nsalt, peppar<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nHacka l\u00f6ken och fr\u00e4s den mjuk i olja. Strimla paprikan och l\u00e5t den fr\u00e4sa med n\u00e5gon minut. Tills\u00e4tt passerade tomater och ajvar relish. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven lika mycket vatten som passerade tomater. L\u00e5t koka n\u00e5gra minuter. Mixa soppan sl\u00e4t med stavmixer eller blender. Sp\u00e4d med mer vatten om det beh\u00f6vs och smaka av med salt och peppar.
