Det \u00e4r ju verkligen l\u00e4nge sedan jag bad er <a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/?p=1552\">spara tomats\u00e5sen<\/a> fr\u00e5n det h\u00e4rliga <a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/?p=1541\">frikadellkoket<\/a>! Men om ni som jag pulade in den i frysen, rota nu fram den och g\u00f6r denna smaskiga fisksoppa\/gryta. Bouillabaisse kanske n\u00e5gon skulle kalla det, men det \u00e4r ju ganska sv\u00e5rt att s\u00e4ga och \u00e4nnu sv\u00e5rare att stava till. Dessutom finns det s\u00e4kerligen regler f\u00f6r vad som f\u00e5r kallas bouillabaisse, om man fr\u00e5gar fransm\u00e4nnen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/fisksoppa.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/fisksoppa.jpg\" alt=\"Fisksoppa\" title=\"Fisksoppa\" width=\"450\" height=\"505\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1668\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lotta.agholme.se\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/fisksoppa.jpg 450w, https:\/\/lotta.agholme.se\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/fisksoppa-267x300.jpg 267w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Mumsig fiskgryta p\u00e5 \u00f6verbliven tomats\u00e5s<\/h2>\n<p><em>4-5 portioner<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 sats \u00f6verbliven tomats\u00e5s (eller halva <a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/?p=1541\">detta<\/a> recept)<br \/>\n5 dl vatten<br \/>\n4-6 potatisar<br \/>\n2-3 mor\u00f6tter <em>allt beroende p\u00e5 storlek<\/em><br \/>\n4 scharlottenl\u00f6kar<br \/>\n1 f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsst\u00e5nd<br \/>\n3 sellerstj\u00e4lkar<br \/>\n400 g valfri fisk<br \/>\n100 g r\u00e4kor (skalade)<br \/>\n1 burk musslor<br \/>\n1-2 matskedar pesto<br \/>\ncitronsaft<br \/>\npaprikapulver<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\npeppar<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nSkala och t\u00e4rna potatis och mor\u00f6tter. Tills\u00e4tt 5 dl vatten till tomats\u00e5sen, l\u00e4gg i rotfrukterna, koka upp och l\u00e5t koka 10 minuter. Under tiden delar du f\u00e4nk\u00e5len, skalar och delar scharlottenl\u00f6ken samt skivar selleristj\u00e4lkarna. Skala r\u00e4korna  och sk\u00e4r fisken i 2-cm stora kuber. N\u00e4r potatisen kokat ca 10 minuter tills\u00e4tter du resterande gr\u00f6nsaker. Koka 5 minuter till och smaka av med pesto, citronsaft och kryddor. Tills\u00e4tt fisken och koka bara s\u00e5 den precis blir klar, 3-5 min kanske.
