Ibland f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag vara kreativ och g\u00f6ra en sallad som harmoniserar med maten, eller utg\u00f6r ett sp\u00e4nnande komplement. Men allt som oftast blir det en helt vanlig bladsallad-tomat-paprika-gurka sallad. Mest som utfyllnad allts\u00e5. <\/p>\n<p>Jag har inte varit allt f\u00f6r intresserad av att ha dressing p\u00e5 salladen i vardagsslag. Detta trots att jag \u00e4r uppvuxen p\u00e5 vin\u00e4grett smaksatt med italiensk salladskrydda. F\u00f6r er som undrar har f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt ingen italienare h\u00f6rt talas om den kryddan. Men nu har det blivit annat av! Tricket heter <em><strong>riktigt god olivolja<\/strong><\/em> och eventuellt vit balsamvin\u00e4ger. Krydda sedan med en gnutta flingsalt och ett litet varv p\u00e5 pepparkvarnen s\u00e5 \u00e4r allt kirrat!<\/p>\n<p>Sj\u00e4lv har jag fastnat f\u00f6r den spanska olivoljan <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marquesdevaldueza.com\/ing\/index.html\">Marqu\u00e9s de Valdueza<\/a>, som jag hittade p\u00e5 matm\u00e4ssan tidigare i v\u00e5ras. Den \u00e4r tydligen vida omtalad och \u00e4ven jag fastnade direkt f\u00f6r den ganska milda, men mycket smakrika oljan. Den lena smaken kommer fram b\u00e4st om inte det den h\u00e4lls \u00f6ver har f\u00f6r starka smaker, och d\u00e5 passar ju en sallad alldeles perfekt!<\/p>\n<p>Helt pl\u00f6tsligt blir vardagssalladen n\u00e4stan det b\u00e4sta p\u00e5 tallriken!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vi \u00e4ter mycket sallad till maten h\u00e4r hemma.
