Id\u00e9n att koka k\u00f6ttbullar i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att steka dom har helt enkelt k\u00e4nts&#8230; tr\u00e5kigt. Sedan s\u00e5 testade jag <a href=\"http:\/\/hemmafru.taffel.se\/2009\/11\/15\/lammfrikadeller-i-tomatsas\/\">hemmafruns lammfrikadeller<\/a>, vilka gjorde en stor succ\u00e9. S\u00e5 stor succ\u00e9 att jag blev v\u00e4ldigt sugen p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra frikadeller igen. Med all kalvk\u00f6tt vi nu har i frysen k\u00e4ndes det naturligt att anv\u00e4nda kalvf\u00e4rs denna g\u00e5ng. Liten variation p\u00e5 temat, med samma storartade succ\u00e9. Enligt undertecknad i alla fall, f\u00f6r jag f\u00e5r faktiskt ha dem f\u00f6r mig sj\u00e4lv hela veckan!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/kalvfrikadeller.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/kalvfrikadeller.jpg\" alt=\"Kalvfrikadeller\" title=\"Kalvfrikadeller\" width=\"450\" height=\"249\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1543\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Kalvfrikadeller i syrlig tomats\u00e5s<\/h2>\n<p><em>4-5 portioner<\/em><\/p>\n<p>500 g kalvf\u00e4rs<br \/>\n2 n\u00e4var f\u00e4rsk basilika<br \/>\n0,5 dl str\u00f6br\u00f6d<br \/>\ndrygt 1 dl riven parmesan<br \/>\n1-2 msk gr\u00e4dde<br \/>\nsalt, peppar<\/p>\n<p>2 tetror passerade tomater<br \/>\n4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<br \/>\nlite olivolja<br \/>\nsaften och skalet av en stor citron<br \/>\n2-3 tsk honung<br \/>\nsalt, peppar<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong> Hacka basilikan fint och blanda allt till f\u00e4rssmeten. Rulla till sm\u00e5 frikadeller (eller st\u00f6rre om t\u00e5lamodet tryter). Hacka vitl\u00f6ken fint och fr\u00e4s n\u00e5gon minut i olivolja. Tills\u00e4tt de passerade tomaterna och l\u00e5t puttra n\u00e5gon minut. Riv skalet av citronen och tills\u00e4tt det samt saften. L\u00e5t puttra n\u00e5gon minut till. Smaka av med honung, salt och peppar. L\u00e4gg f\u00f6rsiktigt ner frikadellerna i tomats\u00e5sen och koka ca 10 minuter (beroende p\u00e5 storlek). Servera med pasta och en god sallad.
