F\u00f6r er som undrar h\u00f6ll den till i Eriksbergshallen p\u00e5 Hisingen i G\u00f6teborg. <\/p>\n<p>Sammanfattat i en mening s\u00e5 var det d\u00f6tt lopp mellan gl\u00e4djen \u00f6ver all inspirerade mat och \u00e5ngesten \u00f6ver all tr\u00e4ngsel som det var. F\u00f6r tr\u00e5ngt som tusan var det. Tyv\u00e4rr s\u00e5 tr\u00e5ngt att jag ibland bara struntade i vissa utst\u00e4llare f\u00f6r jag orkade inte brottas med alla andra. Det enda positiva med det var att min pl\u00e5nbok klarade sig lite lindrigare undan.<\/p>\n<p>Annars s\u00e5 var det mycket ost och k\u00f6tt (som mina vegetarian\/vegan syskon p\u00e5pekade), en hel del choklad, olja och r\u00f6ror\/chutneys. Variationen var det inget fel p\u00e5 tycker jag, och mycket var s\u00e5klart fokuserat p\u00e5 v\u00e4stkusten. Jag fick med mig en burk fetaostfyllda paprikor!<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rutom ovanst\u00e5ende exempel slank det bland annat ner en fin olivolja, fantastiskt surdegsbr\u00f6d fr\u00e5n <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alvarochivar.se\/\">Alvar och Ivars surdegsbageri<\/a> och fantastiskt fin bit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.salmalax.se\">Salmalax<\/a>, som sambon sedermera lagade f\u00f6delsedagsmiddag p\u00e5.
