Man kan d\u00e5 g\u00f6ra det l\u00e4tt f\u00f6r sig och best\u00e4mma en enkel t\u00e5rta, eller v\u00e4lja favoritt\u00e5rtan och baka sj\u00e4lv. Eller s\u00e5 kan man l\u00e4ra sambon baka favoritt\u00e5rtan och sedan luta sig tillbaka m\u00e5nga f\u00f6delsedagar fram\u00f6ver. L\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra m\u00e5nga moment i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g och sedan l\u00e4gga ihop precis innan servering. Och skulle det mot f\u00f6rmodan bli en bit \u00f6ver \u00e4r den minst lika god dagen efter. En n\u00e4svis person kan ju fr\u00e5ga varf\u00f6r det heter n\u00f6tt\u00e5rta n\u00e4r den bara inneh\u00e5ller mandel. Eller vem den d\u00e4r prostinnan var. Jag skulle bara tysta den personen genom att stoppa dit en t\u00e5rtbit till!<\/p>\n<h2>Prostinnans n\u00f6tt\u00e5rta<\/h2>\n<p><em>ca 8 bitar (om man har lite hyfs)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bottnar:<\/strong><br \/>\n200 g s\u00f6tmandel<br \/>\n2 dl socker<br \/>\n4 \u00e4ggvitor<\/p>\n<p>Mal mandeln och blanda med sockret. Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna till h\u00e5rt skum och v\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt ner dem i mandelblandningen. Bred ut smeten i en smord form och gr\u00e4dda i 175 grader, ca 40 minuter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kolas\u00e5s (till tv\u00e5 t\u00e5rtor):<\/strong><br \/>\n2,5 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n0.5 dl ljus sirap<br \/>\n110 gram socker<br \/>\n40 gram sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg alla ingredienser till kolas\u00e5sen i en kastrull, koka upp och l\u00e5t koka till lagom kolas\u00e5skonsistens. Man kan g\u00f6ra ett kulprov, eller hitta en bra temperatur, eller s\u00e5 chansar man bara! L\u00e5t kolas\u00e5sen svalna. Den g\u00e5r bra att f\u00f6rvara i frysen fram till servering (eller till den andra t\u00e5rtan i framtiden). <\/p>\n<p><strong>Vid servering:<\/strong><br \/>\nTag bottnen ur formen och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett fat. Bred \u00f6ver ett lager kolas\u00e5s. Vispa ca 1 dl gr\u00e4dde och bred det \u00f6ver kolas\u00e5sen.
