De var faktiskt bland de godaste veggobiffar jag \u00e4tit. N\u00e5gonsin! Inget dumt betyg allts\u00e5, och till min stora gl\u00e4dje blev det riktigt m\u00e5nga, s\u00e5 det r\u00e4ckte till matl\u00e5dor tv\u00e5 dagar i rad! Nu \u00e4r ju mat i matl\u00e5da inte det mest fotogeniska som finns, men n\u00e5gon d\u00e4r ute kanske jag kan inspirera i alla fall&#8230; Receptet \u00e4r fr\u00e5n Salt\u00e5 Kvarn, och det \u00e4r mest f\u00f6rfarandet som \u00e4r modifierat. Koka quinoa i gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong, ocks\u00e5 det enligt f\u00f6rpackningen. L\u00e5t sedan \u00f6verfl\u00f6dig v\u00e4tska rinna av noga, smeten kan bli lite l\u00f6s annars. Blanda \u00e4gg, cr\u00e9me fraiche och str\u00f6br\u00f6d i en bunke och l\u00e5t sv\u00e4lla n\u00e5gra minuter. Hacka l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken fint, riv moroten och blanda ner allt i str\u00f6br\u00f6dsblandningen. Blanda till sist ner dinkel och quinoa. Salta och peppra. Smeten kan fortfarande vara ganska l\u00f6s, s\u00e5 det enklaste \u00e4r att helt sonika klicka ut smeten i en het stekpanna med olja. Gr\u00e4dda biffarna n\u00e5gra minuter p\u00e5 varje sida. Servera g\u00e4rna med ris och en fetaostcreme gjord p\u00e5 smulad fetaost och cr\u00e9me fraiche.
