Copper mountain, Colorado n\u00e4rmare best\u00e4mt, d\u00e4r jag kombinerat jobb och skid\u00e5kning. Sambon h\u00e4ngde ocks\u00e5, med men satsade fullt ut p\u00e5 skid\u00e5kningen&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Efter en hel del konferensmat och valm\u00f6jligheter i backen som str\u00e4cker sig till hamburgare eller pizzaslice, \u00e4r det sk\u00f6nt att vara hemma igen och \u00e4ta hederlig hemlagad mat. Lite matinspiration fick jag i alla fall, av en fantstisk havregrynsgr\u00f6t som sambon uppt\u00e4ckte p\u00e5 restaurangen Alpinista. Toppat med f\u00e4rska jordgubbar och lite l\u00f6nnsirap kan det inte bli b\u00e4ttre! Vem kan nu s\u00e4ga att gr\u00f6t \u00e4r tr\u00e5kigt?<\/p>\n<p>Inspirerad av detta plockade jag ihop en egen blandning av n\u00f6tter (valn\u00f6tter och paran\u00f6tter) och torkad frukt (russin, tranb\u00e4r och gojib\u00e4r) att piffa upp filen och gr\u00f6ten med fram\u00f6ver.
