Jag brukar inte vara lika l\u00e4tt-imponerad, men den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen \u00f6vertr\u00e4ffade jag nog mig sj\u00e4lv. Och d\u00e5 var det \u00e4nd\u00e5 bara en &#8220;rensa i frysen&#8221; middag p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng. Som vanligt n\u00e4r jag improviserar s\u00e5 har jag lite d\u00e5lig koll p\u00e5 m\u00e4ngder (och ibland \u00e4ven ingredienserna) som \u00e5ker i, men jag ska g\u00f6ra mitt b\u00e4sta f\u00f6r att \u00e5terge det hela. Om inte annat f\u00f6r att vi ska kunna upprepa succ\u00e9n sj\u00e4lva . <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/spontanmiddag.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/spontanmiddag.jpg\" alt=\"Spontanmiddag\" title=\"Spontanmiddag\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1339\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lotta.agholme.se\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/spontanmiddag.jpg 450w, https:\/\/lotta.agholme.se\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/spontanmiddag-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Improviserad kycklinggryta<\/h2>\n<p><em>ca 4 portioner<\/em><br \/>\n1 r\u00f6d l\u00f6k<br \/>\n2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<br \/>\n1 r\u00f6d paprika<br \/>\n8 stora champinjoner<br \/>\n1 kycklingfil\u00e9 (det va vad jag hade, men tv\u00e5 g\u00e5r s\u00e4kert ocks\u00e5 bra)<br \/>\n1 (125 g) kryddig lammkorv<br \/>\n5 dl passerade tomater<br \/>\n1\/2 burk k\u00e4rnfria kalamataoliver<br \/>\n1 burk svarta b\u00f6nor<br \/>\n1 msk harissa<br \/>\n1 tsk basilika<br \/>\n1 tsk rosmarin<br \/>\n2 msk vispgr\u00e4dde<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\npeppar<br \/>\nsm\u00f6r och olja att steka i <\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nHacka vitl\u00f6k fint, strimla r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken. Sk\u00e4r paprikan i mindre bitar och klyfta champinjonerna. Strimla kycklingen och slanta korven. Fr\u00e4s gr\u00f6nsaker och kyckling i en panna tills kycklingen f\u00e5tt f\u00e4rg runt om. Salta och peppra. Tills\u00e4tt passerade tomater, harissa, korven, oliver och kryddorna. L\u00e5t koka 10-15 minuter och smaka av. Tills\u00e4tt en skv\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dde och de svarta b\u00f6norna (avrunna och sk\u00f6ljda) och l\u00e5t dem bli varma. <\/p>\n<p>Efter en period med lite f\u00f6r mycket s\u00f6tsaker f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag h\u00e5lla igen p\u00e5 de snabba kolhydraterna och \u00e5t grytan med en len avokador\u00f6ra och gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor.
