Beh\u00f6ver du ett gott fika till skid\/skridskoutflykten? \u00c4r du tr\u00f6tt p\u00e5 pepparkakorna som fortfarande skramlar i burken? Inget sk\u00e4l \u00e4r f\u00f6r d\u00e5ligt f\u00f6r att sv\u00e4nga ihop n\u00e5gra muffins, speciellt n\u00e4r de \u00e4r s\u00e5h\u00e4r goda! Sj\u00e4lv \u00e4r jag v\u00e4ldigt f\u00f6rtjust i lakrits, speciellt i kombination med hallon. Varf\u00f6r best\u00e4mma sig f\u00f6r en variant?<\/center><\/em><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller lakritsen har jag testat med kick\/k\u00e4ck, vilket sm\u00e4lter bra, men inte ger saltlakritssmaken jag gillar allra b\u00e4st. Jag har \u00e4ven testat med salta sillar, som \u00e4r saltare, men sv\u00e5rare att sm\u00e4lta. N\u00e5gon sa att det finns mjuk turkisk peppar p\u00e5 st\u00e5ng. Testa det om ni hittar!<\/p>\n<h2>Muffins med hallon\/lakrits alternativt bj\u00f6rnb\u00e4r\/vit choklad<\/h2>\n<p><em>12 av svensk storlek, eller 6 USA-stora<\/em><br \/>\n160 g vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n75 g socker<br \/>\n1 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n1 krm bikarbonat<br \/>\n1 krm salt<br \/>\n1 litet \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1 dl filmj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n50 g rapsolja<br \/>\n1 knivsudd vaniljpulver<\/p>\n<p>k\u00e4ck\/salta sillar\/turkisk peppar i sm\u00e5 bitar<br \/>\nHallon<br \/>\nVit choklad i sm\u00e5 bitar<br \/>\nBj\u00f6rnb\u00e4r<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nVispa ihop \u00e4gg, filmj\u00f6lk och olja i en bunke. In en annan blandar du mj\u00f6l, socker, bakpulver, bikarbonat, salt och vaniljpulver. Blanda f\u00f6rsiktigt ner de bl\u00f6ta ingredienserna i de torra, men r\u00f6r inte f\u00f6r mycket. Fyll muffinsformarna till h\u00e4lften med smet, stick ner ett par hallon och lite lakrits alternativt ett par bj\u00f6rnb\u00e4r och n\u00e5gra sm\u00e5 bitar vit choklad. Fyll p\u00e5 med resen av smeten.  Gr\u00e4dda i ca 200 grader 15-20 minuter.
