Efter en del s\u00f6kande p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet (bland annat p\u00e5 sk\u00e5nska senapss\u00e4llskapet!!!) kom jag fram till att recepten och tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tten varierade ganska mycket. Jag fick helt enkelt testa mig fram, med m\u00e5let att f\u00e5 fram en stark grov senap med liten s\u00f6t ton (betoning p\u00e5 liten). <\/p>\n<p>Jag hade f\u00f6rst id\u00e9n att senapsfr\u00f6na skulle mortlas, men d\u00e4r tog t\u00e5lamodet slut och stavmixern kom fram. Det gick j\u00e4ttebra. Jag l\u00e4ste ocks\u00e5 n\u00e5gon stans att ju l\u00e4ngre senapsfr\u00f6na hade kontakt med vatten, desto starkare blev den. N\u00e4r vin\u00e4ger tills\u00e4tts h\u00e4mmas n\u00e5gra enzymer och utvecklingen av styrkan stannar av. Kan vara bra att veta om man vill ha en lite mildare senap. Annars kan man blanda ut den med lite gr\u00e4dde eller crem\u00e9 fraiche om man tycker det blir allt f\u00f6r starkt. <\/p>\n<h2>Lottas grovkorniga senap<\/h2>\n<p>1 p\u00e5se gula senapsfr\u00f6n (35 g)<br \/>\n1 p\u00e5se bruna senapsfr\u00f6n (35 g)<br \/>\n1,5 dl vatten<br \/>\n1,5 msk vit balsamvin\u00e4ger<br \/>\n1 msk r\u00e5r\u00f6rsocker<br \/>\nsalt<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nKok upp vattnet och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver senapsfr\u00f6na. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 och dra n\u00e5got s\u00e5 de mjuknar. Mixa senapsfr\u00f6na med stavmixer (eller mortla om du tycker det \u00e4r kul) tills de flesta fr\u00f6na \u00e4r krossade och konsistensen \u00e4r kr\u00e4mig.
