Denna vetkaka \u00e4r ytterligare ett bidrag. Man kanske kan tycka att det r\u00e4cker med lussekatter? Nejd\u00e5!  Man kan ju tr\u00f6ttna p\u00e5 ha saffran i allt vetebr\u00f6d, eller bara vara extra sugen p\u00e5 allt det goda gojset som finns i detta br\u00f6d! Att f\u00e5 till formen kr\u00e4ver ocks\u00e5 sin karl (eller kvinna) och kan vara sv\u00e5rt att beskriva med ord, s\u00e5 jag ger er n\u00e5gra extra beskrivande bilder. Och f\u00f6rresten, jag har ingen aning om vem mor Anna \u00e4r, men gott br\u00f6d det kan hon!<\/p>\n<h2>Mor Annas Vetekaka<\/h2>\n<p><em>2  br\u00f6d<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Deg<\/strong><br \/>\n2,5 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n25 g j\u00e4st<br \/>\n80 g socker<br \/>\n75 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n0,5 tsk salt<br \/>\n475-500 g vetemj\u00f6l special<br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fyllning<\/strong><br \/>\n0,75 dl suckat<br \/>\n1 dl russin<br \/>\n100 g mandelmassa<br \/>\n25 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n1 tsk vaniljsocker<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4gg och p\u00e4rlsocker till garnering<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nR\u00f6r ut j\u00e4sten i ljummen mj\u00f6lk (tar du kall s\u00e5 f\u00e5r degen j\u00e4sa lite l\u00e4ngre). TIlls\u00e4tt socker, \u00e4gg, sm\u00f6r och mj\u00f6l. Kn\u00e5da i maskin (helst) ca 10 minuter eller f\u00f6r hand. Tills\u00e4tt saltet mot slutet och \u00f6ka hastigheten om du anv\u00e4nder assistent. L\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa till dubbel storlek (1-2 timmar beroende p\u00e5 temperatur p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lken och k\u00f6ket). <\/p>\n<p>Riv mandelmassan och blanda med sm\u00f6r och vaniljsocker.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4nd upp degen p\u00e5 l\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lad b\u00e4nk och dela p\u00e5 tv\u00e5. Forma till stora bullar och platta ut till stora plattor, ca 2 cm tjocka (ungef\u00e4r). V\u00e4nd upp &#8220;kakan&#8221;, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper och platta ev. till n\u00e5got. Klipp flikar i ytterkanten p\u00e5 vardera kaka, se till s\u00e5 att det blir j\u00e4mnt antal snibbar.
