Sju sorter har det blivit de senaste veckorna, och nu tror jag f\u00f6rr\u00e5den \u00e4r fyllda inf\u00f6r den stundande julhelgen. Snart dags att ge sig p\u00e5 julmaten med andra ord, men f\u00f6rst ett recept och beskrivning p\u00e5 klen\u00e4ter! Snygga sm\u00e5 kakor som man friterar i kokosfett ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att gr\u00e4dda i ugn. Lite pyssel \u00e4r det allt, men med en sambo som friterar med stort engagemang g\u00e5r det som en dans!<\/p>\n<h2>Klen\u00e4ter<\/h2>\n<p><em>40-50 stycken<\/em><br \/>\n50 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n1 \u00e4ggula<br \/>\n0,5 dl florsocker<br \/>\n2 msk cointreau (eller skal av 0,5 citron+ ev 1 msk konjak)<br \/>\n90 g (2,5 dl) vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>Kokosfett (eller olja) till fritering och florsocker till garnering<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nSm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och l\u00e5t det svalna. Vispa \u00e4gg, \u00e4ggula och florsocker s\u00e5 att sockret l\u00f6ser sig. Tills\u00e4tt sm\u00f6ret och cointreau. Blanda ner vetemj\u00f6let, och l\u00e5t degen ligga i kylen ett dygn innan det \u00e4r dags att fritera dem!<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt kokosfett i en tjockbottnad kastrull och l\u00e5t bli ca 180 grader varmt (testa med en br\u00f6dbit att det \u00e4r varmt nog)<\/p>\n<p>Dela degen i tv\u00e5 och kavla ut ena delen ca 2-3 mm tjockt. Tag en sporre och sk\u00e4r l\u00e5nga remsor, som du sedan delar i ca 10 cm bitar genom att sporra dem lite snett. Sk\u00e4r en sk\u00e5ra i varje 10-cm remsa med sporren.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/klenater1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/klenater1.jpg\" alt=\"Sporra och snurra\" title=\"Sporra och snurra\" width=\"450\" height=\"337\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1242\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lotta.agholme.se\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/klenater1.jpg 450w, https:\/\/lotta.agholme.se\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/klenater1-300x224.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><em><center>Sporra remsor och g\u00f6r en sk\u00e5ra i mitten, v\u00e4nd in ena \u00e4nden f\u00f6r att forma klen\u00e4ten.<\/center><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tag en \u00e4nden och v\u00e4nd genom sk\u00e5ran och upp igen, s\u00e5 att mittendelen p\u00e5 remsan blir tvinnad. Fritera sedan n\u00e5gra klen\u00e4ter i taget, v\u00e4nd dem n\u00e4r de blivit bruna p\u00e5 undersidan. Tag upp med h\u00e5lslev och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 papper f\u00f6r att suga upp \u00f6verfl\u00f6digt fett.
