Gr\u00e4dde, choklad, lite sm\u00f6r och smaks\u00e4ttning \u00e4r allt som beh\u00f6vs. Tricket \u00e4r att hitta r\u00e4tt balans mellan gr\u00e4dde och choklad s\u00e5 att konsistensen blir bra (och hur man vill ha det \u00e4r ju individuellt). Det beror p\u00e5 vilken sorts (vit, mj\u00f6lk, m\u00f6rk) choklad man tar. Det g\u00e4ller att testa sig fram, och under tiden f\u00e5r man ju testa en massa goda tryfflar!<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r har tryffelrullningen precis kommit ig\u00e5ng, och det \u00e4r sambon som \u00e4r ansvarig i \u00e5r. Smakerna vi funderar p\u00e5 \u00e4r chili (gammal favorit), apelsin och havssalt (tips fr\u00e5n v\u00e4nner) samt ingef\u00e4ra och granat\u00e4pple (vi jobbar p\u00e5 den).
