Men s\u00e5klart hindrar jag ingen som vill dubbla, eller varf\u00f6r inte fyrdubba, receptet!<\/p>\n<h2>Saffransbiscotti<\/h2>\n<p><em>15-20 stycken<\/em><\/p>\n<p>50 g s\u00f6tmandel<br \/>\n2 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 dl socker<br \/>\n1 paket (0,5 g) saffran<br \/>\n1 knivsudd vaniljpulver<br \/>\n0,5-1 tsk mald pommerens<br \/>\n1 liten nypa salt<br \/>\n1 kryddm\u00e5tt bakpulver<br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nSk\u00e5lla och hacka mandeln grovt. Blanda mj\u00f6l, socker kryddor, bakpulver och mandel i en bunke. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4gget och kn\u00e5da till en deg. Rulla ut degen till en (eller tv\u00e5) avl\u00e5nga rullar. Gr\u00e4dda 20 minuter i 175 grader. Tag ut l\u00e4ngderna och sk\u00e4r i sneda remsor.
