Jag har mixtrat med det allra heligaste, de gamla familjerecepten. Men till mitt f\u00f6rsvar m\u00e5ste jag s\u00e4ga att det blev riktigt bra. Och lite extra f\u00e4rggrant som en bonus! <\/p>\n<p>Bruna snitt \u00e4r en kaka som funnits p\u00e5 julens kakfat i min familj i alla tider. Jag har fortsatt traditionen, f\u00f6r dessa kakor \u00e4r riktigt beroendeframkallande. Namnet \u00e4r lite f\u00f6rvirrande, f\u00f6r kakorna \u00e4r inte speciellt bruna. De kan m\u00f6jligtvis ha f\u00e5tt sitt namn fr\u00e5n de bruna korinterna. Nu har jag lagt till b\u00e5de pistagen\u00f6tter och gojib\u00e4r, och d\u00e4rmed namnbytet. <\/p>\n<h2>Brun-gr\u00f6n-r\u00f6da snitt<\/h2>\n<p><em>ca 40 stycken<\/em><br \/>\n15 g korinter<br \/>\n15 g gojib\u00e4r<br \/>\n40 g pistagen\u00f6tter (skalade)<\/p>\n<p>60 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n90 g (1 dl) socker<br \/>\n1 msk sirap<br \/>\n0.5 dl gr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n1 litet \u00e4gg<br \/>\n0.5 tsk bikarbonat<br \/>\n280 g (4.5 dl) vetemj\u00f6l &#8211; ev lite mer<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nL\u00e4gg korinter och gojib\u00e4r i bl\u00f6t en liten stund (inte f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge, d\u00e5 blir gojib\u00e4ren v\u00e4ldigt mosiga). Skala och hacka pistagen\u00f6tterna medelgrovt. Vispa sm\u00f6r och socker p\u00f6sigt. Tills\u00e4tt sirap, gr\u00e4dde och \u00e4gg och vispa lite till. R\u00f6r ner korinter, b\u00e4r och n\u00f6tter. Blanda mj\u00f6l och bikarbonat i en separat sk\u00e5l. Tills\u00e4tt till smeten och arbeta ihop till en deg. Tills\u00e4tt lite mer mj\u00f6l om det blir allt f\u00f6r kladdigt.<\/p>\n<p>Dela degen i sex bitar och rulla till l\u00e4ngder ungef\u00e4r tjocka som en tumme. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t och gr\u00e4dda i 200 grader ca 15-17 minuter, tills de f\u00e5tt lite f\u00e4rg. L\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5gon minut, men sk\u00e4r sedan l\u00e4ngderna i sneda kakor medan de fortfarande \u00e4r mjuka.
