F\u00f6r hur mycket julmat man \u00e4n tryckt i sig finns det ju alltid plats f\u00f6r en liten pralin eller hur? En av alla g\u00e5nger jag surfade runt p\u00e5 <a href=\"http:\/\/joyofbaking.com\">Joy of baking<\/a>, hittade jag n\u00e5got som kunde liknas med &#8220;Reeses peanut butter cups&#8221;. En chokladdoppad kr\u00e4mig &#8220;jordn\u00f6tskaka&#8221; som jag blev v\u00e4ldigt f\u00f6rtjust i under mitt \u00e5r i USA. N\u00e4r jag \u00e5terv\u00e4nde f\u00f6rra sommaren, efter nio \u00e5rs fr\u00e5nvaro, var det Oreos och dessa som fick f\u00f6lja med i v\u00e4skan hem. Nu hade jag allts\u00e5 chansen att g\u00f6ra egna! <\/p>\n<p>Julens f\u00f6rsta godis blev helt enkelt &#8220;Peanut butter balls&#8221;. Receptet \u00e4r taget direkt fr\u00e5n Joy of baking, men f\u00f6rminskat n\u00e5got. F\u00f6r herregud, det m\u00e5ste ju finnas plats f\u00f6r fler sorter!<\/p>\n<h2>Chokladdoppade jordn\u00f6tsbollar<\/h2>\n<p><em>ca 30 stycken<\/em><\/p>\n<p>200 g jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r<br \/>\n20 g sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n1 nypa salt<br \/>\n100-120 g florsocker<\/p>\n<p>100 g m\u00f6rk choklad<br \/>\n1 tsk rapsolja<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nL\u00e4gg jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r och sm\u00f6r i en sk\u00e5l. V\u00e4rm i micron 30-60 sekunder, precis s\u00e5 det blir mjukt (sm\u00f6ret sm\u00e4lter). Blanda ordentligt. Blanda i florsocker s\u00e5 att det blir en formbar deg. Rulla sm\u00e5 bollar av degen och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en bricka med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 kallt ca 1 timme tills de stelnat. <\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt chokladen i micron eller \u00f6ver vattenbad, blanda i oljan. Doppa kulorna i chokladen, l\u00e5t \u00f6verskottet rinna av och l\u00e4gg \u00e5ter kulorna p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper. St\u00e4ll dem kallt att stelna och f\u00f6rvara sedan i burk i kylen.
