Den h\u00e4r dagen serverades det h\u00e4rlig potatis- och  purjol\u00f6ksoppa i lunchl\u00e5dan och jag passade p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra ett par varma mackor. Gott br\u00f6d (vad annars) med champinjoner och tomater under ett t\u00e4cke av ost, toppat med basilika och oregano. Enkelt och supergott.
