Jag vet inte riktigt hur det gick till, men inte bangade han inte! Med tanke p\u00e5 resultatet s\u00e5 gjorde han ocks\u00e5 riktigt bra ifr\u00e5n sig. Och hur kan man egentligen misslyckas n\u00e4r man bjuder p\u00e5 dessa biffar? Vi har lagat dem otaliga g\u00e5nger d\u00e4refter och tycker de \u00e4r lika goda varje g\u00e5ng. Blanda med f\u00e4rsen och tills\u00e4tt ett \u00e4gg. Salta och peppra. Dela f\u00e4rsen i \u00e5tta delar och platta ut till en tunn rundel. Sk\u00e4r fetaosten i t\u00e4rningar och l\u00e4gg en bit p\u00e5 varje rundel. Vik ihop varje rundel s\u00e5 att fetaosten g\u00f6ms och forma till en biff. Stek i sm\u00f6r. Servera med pasta eller bulgur, en h\u00e4rlig sallad och en yoghurts\u00e5s.
