Nu har vi b\u00f6rjat skingras (fortfarande bor vi alla i Sverige i alla fall), men f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker ses en g\u00e5ng per \u00e5r. D\u00e5 tr\u00e4ffas vi i n\u00e5gon stuga d\u00e4r vi snackar en massa strunt, dricker vin och \u00e4ter mycket god mat. Denna g\u00e5ng blev det betoning p\u00e5 MYCKET god mat. Jag bjussar p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra godbitar. <\/p>\n<p>Fredagskv\u00e4llen bj\u00f6d p\u00e5 en stor h\u00f6g f\u00e4rska r\u00e4kor, aioli, roms\u00e5s, br\u00f6d (med STORA h\u00e5l) och sedan lite ost och kex. Perfekt n\u00e4r alla kommer fram sent och \u00e4r hungriga till tusen. Och vad P \u00e4n s\u00e4ger s\u00e5 kan man \u00e4ta hur mycket r\u00e4kor som helst. Ost \u00e4r gott helt enkelt. Man kan ocks\u00e5 tycka att det \u00e4r mycket mat. Trots fredagens sn\u00f6ov\u00e4der hittade vi en hel del fina trattkantareller och \u00e4ven n\u00e5gra gula kantareller tittade upp genom sn\u00f6t\u00e4cket. L\u00e4tthittade!
