Att inte sl\u00e4nga i allt jag tycker om p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng, bara f\u00f6r att jag tror det kan bli \u00e4nnu godare? Eller \u00e4r det bara s\u00e5 att &#8220;dom d\u00e4r&#8221; p\u00e5 andra sidan Atlanten (l\u00e4s amerikaner) bara \u00e4r sn\u00e4ppet v\u00e4rre \u00e4n jag n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att blanda allt gott (onyttigt?) p\u00e5 en och samma g\u00e5ng?! Vem vet. Det enda jag kan s\u00e4ga att jag tog ett recept p\u00e5 fr\u00e5n <em>Everything cookies<\/em> (som namnet antyder inneh\u00e5ller dom ALLT man kan t\u00e4nka sig) fr\u00e5n <a href=\"http:\/\/joyofbaking.com\">&#8220;Joy of baking&#8221;<\/a> (som jag surrat om tidigare). Sedan s\u00e5 tog jag bort h\u00e4lften av gojset, halverade resten och \u00e4ndrade om litegrann. Slutresultatet blev dessa oemotst\u00e5ndliga kakor.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/kaka.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lotta.hellstrom.st\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/kaka.jpg\" alt=\"Kaka!\" title=\"Kaka!\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1013\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lotta.agholme.se\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/kaka.jpg 450w, https:\/\/lotta.agholme.se\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/kaka-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><em><center>N\u00e5got att doppa i ett glas mj\u00f6lk?<\/center><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Chocolate chip cookies med pecann\u00f6tter och veteflingor<\/h2>\n<p><em>20-25 kakor<\/em><br \/>\n50 g pecann\u00f6tter<br \/>\n100 g m\u00f6rk choklad<br \/>\n100 g sm\u00f6r (rumstempererat)<br \/>\n100 g farinsocker<br \/>\n50 g r\u00e5r\u00f6rsocker<br \/>\n2 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n150 g vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n80 g veteflingor<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n1 nypa salt<br \/>\n1 knivsudd vaniljpulver (alt 1-2 tsk vaniljsocker)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nS\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader och rosta pecann\u00f6tterna ca 10 minuter. Tag ut dem och h\u00f6j temperaturen till 200 grader. Hacka n\u00f6tter och choklad. Vispa \u00e4gg och sm\u00f6r tills det blir riktigt p\u00f6sigt. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ggen ett och ett och vispa kraftigt mellan varje. Blanda mj\u00f6l, flingor, bakpulver, salt och vanilj i en sk\u00e5l. Vispa sedan ner det snabbt i \u00e4ggsmeten. V\u00e4nd till sist ner chokladen och n\u00f6tterna utan att r\u00f6ra om allt f\u00f6r mycket. Klicka ut kakor p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och l\u00e4mna GOTT om mellanrum. Platta ut kakorna n\u00e5got, s\u00e5 de \u00e4r ca 1 cm tjocka. Gr\u00e4dda i 10-12 minuter, tills de \u00e4r gyllenbruna i kanterna. L\u00e5t vila n\u00e5gra minuter p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten innan de f\u00e5r svalna p\u00e5 galler.<\/p>\n<p>Uppt\u00e4ckte till min stora gl\u00e4dje att alla ingredienser p\u00e5 Joy of baking \u00e4r \u00f6versatta till gram och temperaturer till celsius. Roligt lite mer \u00e5t det lustiga h\u00e5llet \u00e4r att de \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt exakta och vill bland annat att jag ska s\u00e4tta ugnen p\u00e5 177 grader och ta 113 gram sm\u00f6r&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Har jag \u00e4ntligen l\u00e4rt mig att less is more?
